Calendar of Events suitable for English-speaking people 2012

Regularly: Cafe Sieben Linden:

We offer an open day café every first Sunday of each month (except for January and August). The café is open on these days from 2 pm until 5 pm. During this time, we offer conversation with residents while enjoying hand-made cakes (usually including vegan and raw varieties), tea and coffee. We also offer an hour-long informative tour around the ecovillage (German language). The entry and tour are free, and we ask for a donation for cake and coffee. No registration required.

Experience-weeks (NOT generally English language spoken, but English speaking participants possible):

Costs: 40 Euro (accomodation is your own tent - rooms may be available at extra costs)

"Working together in the forest":
March 11 - 16, November 11 - 16 and 25 - 30, December 2 - 7

"Ecovillage infrastructure, building and taking care of the premises":
March 18 - 23, October 7 - 12

"Helping to preserve fruit and vegetables":
April 15 - 20 (preparing spreads), June 24 - 29, July 1 - 6 and 8 - 13, August 19 - 24, September 16 - 21 and 23 - 28, September 30 - October 5  (preparing marmelade)

"Young adults building week" (for young aduldts about 16-28 of age):
May 20 - 28, 2012

"Building week with the group of 'Brunnenwiese'":
June 3 - 8, 2012
